Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (OP) position in LITTLETON, Colorado. This outpatient therapy role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring effective return to community activities. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; 6 months of outpatient experience highly desired; ability to start on 08/24/2026.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with outpatient physical therapy, commitment to ongoing professional development, and familiarity with compliance standards.
• Additional Information: Performs comprehensive patient evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, documents clearly and accurately, and participates in student programs when assigned. Maintains current licensure and adheres to all regulatory guidelines. Engages in organizational performance improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and safety.
