Job Summary:
A Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) is sought for a day shift position in Aurora, Colorado. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment. This is a 6-month contract position, with a schedule of 8 hours per day and a minimum of 40 hours per week.

• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; CPR Certification; 6 months to 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; Colorado state licensure in good standing; adherence to discipline-specific State Practice Act and other regulatory agencies; competent in completing evaluations, developing treatment plans, and documentation; ability to participate in student supervision and professional development activities.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in outpatient physiotherapy; involvement in professional activities or organizations.
• Additional Information: The role involves completing comprehensive patient evaluations, documenting in medical records efficiently, and ensuring care adheres to physician orders and insurance guidelines. The therapist participates in organizational performance improvement initiatives and maintains professional licensure and ethical standards.
