Job Details:

• Location: Castle Rock, Colorado
• Schedule: Days, 8 hours shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR Certification; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; current licensure in good standing; adherence to the State Practice Act and other regulatory agencies; ability to provide care under signed, valid physician orders; and compliance with organizational and professional standards.

• Float: Float rotation may be required.
