Job Summary:
A Sleep Technologist specializing in Polysomnography is sought for a position in Greeley, Colorado. The role involves independently performing diagnostic sleep studies, including home sleep tests, and analyzing results to support clinical diagnoses and treatment plans. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.
Job Details:
- Location: Greeley, CO
- Shift Time: Nights
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, Registry by the Board of Polysomnographic Technologists, proof of passing the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), 3 years of experience in sleep disorders testing, proficiency in sleep testing equipment and related theory, thorough understanding of the sleep/wake cycle and its pathologies, EEG theory relevant to sleep monitoring, knowledge of cardiopulmonary physiology during sleep, critical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication skills.
- Preferred Qualifications: Additional related education or experience is preferred.
- Additional Information: Does not allow for religious exemptions for COVID at the organization.
