Job Summary
Physical Therapist Outpatient in Englewood, Colorado. This role involves evaluating patients and developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans to facilitate functional recovery and safe return to community activities. The therapist will provide patient education, supervise therapy services, and adhere to organizational standards and safety protocols.

Job Details

• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience, CPR certification, and licensure in good standing.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in outpatient therapy settings preferred.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, utilizes clinical reasoning for treatment planning, and documents medical records accurately and timely. Participates in student programs and ongoing professional development. Adheres to state practice acts and regulatory requirements, maintains licensure, and contributes to performance improvement initiatives.
