Description

Job Summary:
The outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) position is located in Englewood, Colorado. The therapist will evaluate patients, develop and modify treatment plans, and provide appropriate therapy services to facilitate patients' return to community activities. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

Location: Englewood, CO
Shift: Days, 8 hours per shift
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Start Date: 07/27/2026
Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR certification; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; Colorado state licensure in good standing.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with clinical reasoning, medical record documentation, patient evaluation, treatment plan development, professional development, and adherence to State Practice Acts.

- Completes comprehensive patient evaluations and creates individualized treatment plans focused on progressing patients towards discharge within an established length of stay.
- Ensures accurate, timely documentation in medical records, including goal writing and charge entry, following state, federal, and organizational policies.
- Participates in student programs, providing supervision and fostering a positive learning environment.
- Maintains professional licensure status and completes all mandated continuing education requirements.
- Demonstrates commitment to quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols aligned with organizational standards.
