Physical Therapist Outpatient (OP) position available in Shelbyville, Kentucky. Job Details:

• Location: Shelbyville, Kentucky
• Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active and applicable state license; no required prior assignments with the agency; no minimum experience required by the organization.
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of previous assignments with the agency or organization is highly desired; experience with professional development and commitment to ongoing education.
• Additional Information: The employee will perform comprehensive patient evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, document medical records accurately and in a timely manner, and participate in student training and professional development activities. Adherence to state practice acts, regulatory requirements, and organizational performance improvement initiatives is essential. The role emphasizes patient and staff safety, including safe handling, infection control, and hazard awareness.
