Job Details

• Location: Lakeport, CA
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree or higher in Occupational Therapy Assistance, valid state licensure or certification, completed at least 3 years of experience, and ability to start on 08/24/2026. Candidates should have completed at least one 13-week assignment in a skilled nursing facility, though this is not mandatory. Three references from the most recent employers are required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in skilled nursing facilities, strong knowledge of rehab protocols, and excellent communication skills.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
