Description

Job Summary:
An Ultrasound Technologist position is available in New York, NY. This role involves performing or assisting in ultrasound examinations, maintaining ultrasound equipment, and providing technical assistance to radiologists. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of clinical engagement.

Job Details:

  • Location: New York, NY
  • Shift: 7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours per week, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Required Qualifications: Certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers; active license; 2+ years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist; proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of office and administrative practices; skill in use of personal computers and software; ability to problem solve and make decisions; excellent written and oral communication skills; exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and discretion; experience in prostate sonography scans.
  • Additional Information: Must have at least 2 years minimum experience in prostate sonography scans.
  • The position may require assisting in ultrasound examinations, operating ultrasound equipment, capturing images, and performing basic patient preparation and safety procedures.
