Description
Job Summary:
A licensed Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in outpatient therapy is needed in Rutland, Vermont. The selected candidate must hold a valid Vermont license, possess a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification, and BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. This position is scheduled for day shifts, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of work.

Employment gaps over 30 days should be explained or documented. All profile packets must include correct health system and campus information, bed count, electronic medical record (EMR) technology, facility type or trauma level (if applicable), and ratios; incomplete or erroneous submissions will be returned for correction. Final offers are coordinated through the manager.
