Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist (Inpatient) in Bozeman, Montana. This position involves providing exceptional occupational therapy services to patients within the hospital setting. The role requires implementing tailored therapy programs, educating patients and families, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Candidates are required to bring their Montana occupational therapist license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Location: Bozeman, Montana
- Shift Hours: 8 hours per day
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
- Start Date: 09/07/2026
- Required Qualifications: Graduate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) program, Montana Licensure (Occupational Therapist), American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, two (2) years of hospital (inpatient/outpatient) occupational therapy experience
- Schedule: Shift times are generally during daytime hours; may necessitate working beyond a standard 40-hour workweek including weekends and after-hours shifts; on-call work may be required.
- Additional Information: Facility reserves the right to cancel three (3) shifts per 13-week contract in the event of low census or other unforeseen circumstances; traveler must live at least 90 miles away from the facility to be considered.
- Responsibilities include evaluating patients physical and functional status, developing and implementing treatment plans, instructing therapeutic exercises, documenting all clinical activities in compliance with policies, and collaborating with healthcare team members.
