Job Summary:
The city of Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, is seeking a qualified X-ray Technologist for a travel assignment. This position involves performing radiologic imaging procedures in a hospital setting, including emergency room and operative cases. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania
• Position: X-ray Technologist
• Shift: 8-hour evening shifts, from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, with coverage scheduled for every other weekend
• Schedule: 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: ARRT certification, CPR/BLS certification, at least 1 year of recent travel experience in radiology, a minimum of 1.5 years of radiology technologist experience, and hospital-based experience with c-arm and operative cases. Experience with emergency room and inpatient/outpatient studies is necessary.
• Additional Information: Experience with fluoroscopy, inpatient, ER, and OR coverage is expected. Candidate must adhere to hospital dress code and dress in appropriate scrub colors. The assignment is scheduled to start on 07/20/2026 and will last for approximately 13 weeks.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
