Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience, CPR certification, active/applicable licensed for the state, minimum of 1 year of experience, and ability to start on 08/24/2026.
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of an assignment with the agency previously and with the organization is highly desired.
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include performing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing treatment goals, documenting care in accordance with regulations and policies, supervising student programs, maintaining licensure, and participating in organizational performance improvement initiatives. Candidates should demonstrate strong clinical reasoning, professionalism, and commitment to safety and quality care.
