Job Summary:
A Physical Therapist specializing in Outpatient services is needed in ROCKLIN, CALIFORNIA. This position involves evaluating patients and developing individualized treatment plans to promote maximum functional recovery and safe return to community activities. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The role offers a flexible schedule with work hours during daytime shifts.

Job Details:

• Location: ROCKLIN, CALIFORNIA
• Specialty: Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP)
• Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; active/applicable license for the State of California; CPR Certification; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Has successfully completed an assignment with your agency previously (highly desired); has previously worked with the same organization (nice to have)
• Additional Information: Performs comprehensive evaluations, develops targeted treatment plans, and documents progress accurately and timely. Participates in student training as assigned, maintains licensure in good standing, and adheres to all organizational and regulatory guidelines. Demonstrates commitment to safety and quality improvement initiatives.
