Job Summary:
An Occupational Therapist (Inpatient) position is available in Cumming, Georgia, within an acute care setting. This role involves supporting patients across a variety of medical and surgical diagnoses, including ICU, stroke/neurological, orthopedics, and general debility. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Location: Cumming, Georgia
- Position: Occupational Therapist (Inpatient)
- Schedule: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, varies; four ten-hour days: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday. Options for hours could be 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM. The schedule includes four weekends per four-week period, with holiday requirements.
- Required Qualifications: Certified as a licensed occupational therapist in Georgia, with a minimum of 15-18 months of recent experience within the specialty. Must possess American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Additional Information: Experience supporting acute care patients from physician orders across the hospital. EMR expertise in One Chart - Cerner.
