• Required Qualifications: Valid respiratory therapy license; education in cardiopulmonary or respiratory therapy; no minimum years of experience specified; available to start on 07/13/2026
• Additional Information:
  • Provides routine and complex respiratory treatments including ventilatory support, chest physiotherapy, suctioning, and medication administration.
  • Performs pulmonary function studies and assists with procedures such as bronchoscopy, chest tube placement, and tracheostomy care.
  • Operates and monitors ventilatory equipment, and performs procedures like arterial punctures and EKGs.
  • Ensures compliance with policies related to laboratory testing and respiratory care documentation.
  • Communicates effectively with physicians regarding treatment efficacy and patient response.
  • Performs cardiopulmonary resuscitation according to BLS and ACLS guidelines.
  • Maintains accurate records of treatments and equipment maintenance.
  • Assists in equipment repair and routine maintenance.
  • Must be adaptable to perform additional duties as assigned.
