Description

Job Summary:
A Mammographer position is available in Santa Rosa, California. This role involves providing imaging services related to mammography, with a focus on quality patient care and accurate imaging procedures. Candidates are required to bring their valid California state license on the first day of work. The position demands at least one year of experience in similar settings.

Job Details:

Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: 1 year of experience, valid California state license, specific charting experience with Epic, and EMR community hospital experience.
Schedule: 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: California state license in hand, one or more years of relevant imaging experience, Epic charting system experience, and compliance with submission requirements including SSN, DOB, and RTO details at the time of submission.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in community hospital imaging, ability to float between sister facilities, and references covering at least 1 year within the last 3 years.
Additional Information: Traveler must be willing to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year). Travelers may be expected to float between adjacent facilities. The organization will provide communication devices at no cost, with a maximum monthly bill of $50 if a device is not supplied. Housing options in the area should be investigated by the traveler. Modules required for compliance are non-billable and typically take about 16 hours to complete, recorded in Workramp transcripts.
