Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in inpatient acute care in Bryan, Texas. The position involves providing physical therapy services primarily to adult or older teen patients within a Level III trauma center environment. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Location: Bryan, Texas
• Position: Physical Therapist (Inpatient - Acute Care)
• Shift: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with 2 full weekends per month; holiday coverage is alternated.
• Schedule: 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Licensure to submit; BLS Certification; 2 years of experience in physical therapy, outpatient and inpatient experience preferred; location in Bryan, Texas
• Certification: BLS Certification required
• Additional Information: The role involves working within a team in a Level III trauma center, with responsibilities including evaluating and treating adult and older teen patients. Staff primarily perform evaluations, with an expectation of 1 complete evaluation per hour. If treating patients daily, expected treatments are about 10 per shift. Orientation will be provided for hospital procedures and EMR use, lasting approximately 3-5 days depending on experience. Call outs are discouraged and may lead to termination.
