Description
Job Summary:
A position for an Interventional Radiology Technologist or Registered Nurse is available in Bakersfield, California. The candidate will support interventional radiology activities within the imaging department, working primarily during daytime hours. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts, every other week, with first to float.
- Required Qualifications: ARRT (R) certification, BLS Certification, Fluoroscopy certification, California license or eligible, minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: No additional preferred qualifications listed.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: On-call rotation required. Support involves working with various equipment such as GE Innova, GE Logic Book, MedRad Injector, and Angiojet. The team is composed of two techs supporting two campuses, with support during nights and weekends. The position involves supporting patients with dialysis catheters, IVC filters, TIPS, and assisting with CT biopsies.
