Job Summary:
A Physical Therapist specializing in Outpatient services is sought for a position located in Sacramento, California. This role involves providing outpatient therapy for patients with conditions such as orthopedic issues, total joint replacements, vestibular disorders, neurorehabilitation, and balance difficulties. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of the assignment.
Job Details:
- Location: Sacramento, CA
- Specialty: Physical Therapist Outpatient
- Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break
- Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: C Physical Therapist license, BLS Certification; a minimum of 2 years of outpatient experience; Cerner electronic medical records experience; candidates must have a valid C Physical Therapist license to submit.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with orthopedic, neuro, and balance patient populations.
- Additional Information: Candidates may not have been directly employed (full-time, part-time, or PRN) by any facility associated with the organizations network, including organizations related to CHI and Dignity, within the past year. Candidates previously employed PRN through outside firms will be considered. No weekend shifts are required.
- Certifications: BLS Certification required.
- Shift Notes: M-F 8:00 AM start.
- Qualifications and Certifications: Candidates must possess a C Physical Therapist license and BLS Certification.
- Charting System: Cerner
