Job Summary:
An X-Ray Technologist position is available in Springfield, Illinois. This role involves performing a variety of radiologic procedures within adult acute care, outpatient, emergency department, and inpatient settings. Candidates are required to bring their active Illinois license on the first day of employment. The position requires a minimum of one year of relevant experience and candidates must be able to work the first shift during daytime hours. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed is also required.

Job Details:

• Shift: 1st shift/days, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, 40 hours minimum
• Start Date: 07/20/2026
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM 2:30 PM, with on-call duties required
• Required Qualifications: Valid Illinois state license, ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in adult acute care, outpatient, ER, ICU, NICU, and operating room settings.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Cerner Electronic Medical Records system, Level I Trauma experience.
• Additional Information: Will work every weekend and holidays as needed; candidate must be pre-closed at the time of submission, including review of compliance requirements, housing, and verification of certifications and licensure. Up to 5 non-holiday RTO days may be auto-approved, and candidates are expected to work 2 of the 3 major holidays.
