Job Summary:
An Outpatient Occupational Therapist (OT) located in LUTZ, Florida, is sought for a clinical role beginning on 07/13/2026. This position involves evaluating and developing treatment plans for outpatient patients, primarily focusing on hand therapy, splinting, and full hand caseloads. Candidates are required to bring their professional license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: LUTZ, Florida
• Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy from an accredited school; active license valid for the state of Florida; CPR certification; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; must have hand therapy experience and be comfortable making splints
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with outpatient orthopedics and hand therapy; previous assignment with the agency or organization (highly desired); previous assignment with the organization (nice to have)
• Additional Information: The role includes evaluating assigned patients, developing and modifying treatment plans, documenting medical records accurately and timely, and participating in student education and professional development. Candidates should adhere to state practice acts, maintain licensure, and follow organizational performance improvement initiatives.
