Job Summary:
Radiation Therapist specializing in Radiation Oncology located in Farmington, New Mexico. This position involves providing radiation therapy services to geriatric and adult patient populations within a level III trauma center setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Certifications: NM state license, ARRT (T) for Radiation Therapist, BLS from American Heart Association
- Education: Education from an accredited radiation therapy program
- Experience: 2 years of general radiation therapist training
- Location: Farmington, New Mexico
- Schedule: Days (Monday through Friday, 07:30 AM to 04:00 PM), 8 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certifications (ARTR (T), BLS from American Heart Association), education from accredited radiation therapy program, NM state license, 2 years of radiation therapy experience, location in Farmington, New Mexico
- Additional Information: Must have experience on a VARIAN TruBeam system; equipment includes Varian Edge LINAC; patient population includes geriatric and adult patients; unit information indicates 1 bed in the radiation therapy unit.
