Job Summary:
The healthcare organization is seeking a Licensed Vascular Technician for a position in Evanston, Illinois. The candidate must bring their license on the first day of employment. The role involves performing vascular imaging independently, including arterial, venous, and carotid imaging, with the opportunity to perform advanced studies. The schedule includes days shifts, either 4 days of 10 hours (7:00 AM 5:30 PM) or 5 days of 8 hours with various start times. This position requires the flexibility to float to multiple hospital and off-site locations within the organizations network.

Job Details:

• Location: Evanston, Illinois
• Schedule: Days, 4x10 (7:00 AM 5:30 PM) or 5x8 various starts (7:00 AM 5:30 PM)
• Required Qualifications: Completion of a 2-year ultrasound program; at least 0 years of experience; licensed Vascular Technician, Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT), or RVS license; ability to float to all four Northshore Hospitals and two off-site locations (Skokie ambulatory and Glenbrook cardiovascular).
• Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of clinical experience highly preferred.
• Call Requirements: On-call Mon-Fri 5:30 PM 9:30 PM; Saturday (start time dependent on site) ends at 9:30 PM; Sunday 7:00 AM 9:30 PM.
• Weekend Requirements: Yes, rotating Saturday work.
• Additional Information: Must be capable of performing vascular imaging independently, including arterial, venous, and carotid imaging, with advanced studies preferred.
• Submission Requirements: Credentials are due on the Thursday before the start date.
