• Required Qualifications: Four years of pediatric experience, Illinois license or certification, and valid credentials due Thursday before start date
• Floating Requirements: Yes, between Lake and Cook County locations including Highland Park, Evanston, Gurnee, and others
• Weekend Requirements: As needed
• On-Call Requirements: Rotation of one full week every 6th week, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 AM; on-call may be at any Lake or Cook County location
• Additional Information: Biweekly pay; orientation to be determined
