• Additional Information: The role involves screening, evaluating, and rehabilitating patients with physical functioning disorders, wound care, and developing appropriate plans of care following all regulatory and clinical practice standards. Responsibilities include administering procedures, assessing patient progress, documenting services, and supporting clinical team efforts. The candidate must adhere to the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and state practice acts, and supervise support staff as needed.
