Job Summary:
A Physical Therapist with outpatient specialty located in Morgan Hill, California. This position involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and contributing to patient recovery within an outpatient setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; outpatient experience.
• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid physical therapy license, degree from an accredited school, outpatient experience, CPR certification, 6 months to 1+ year outpatient clinical experience.
• Additional Information: Evaluates assigned patients, develops treatment plans, completes timely and accurate medical record documentation, participates in student programs, pursues professional development, adheres to state practice acts and regulatory requirements, maintains licensure, and contributes to organizational performance improvement initiatives.
