Job Summary:
The Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist (CCL TECH) position is located in Burlingame, California. This role involves supporting interventional radiology procedures, including cardiac catheterizations, angioplasty, stent placements, embolizations, and other advanced vascular interventions. Candidates are required to bring their California licensure on the first day. The schedule consists of four 10-hour shifts with a variable start time between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM, including every third weekend and on-call responsibilities as needed.

Job Details:

• Location: Burlingame, California
• Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts with variable start times from 07:00 to 10:00, every third weekend, on-call as needed
• Required Qualifications:
  • Certifications: ACLS, BLS, Fluoro Permit
  • Education/Licensure: Valid California license with uploaded Nursys documentation within the last 2 weeks
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab cases
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with accessing/managing ports, angiography (genitourinary system, carotid, mesenteric, visceral), angioplasty, aortography, ASD closures, cardiac stent placement, catheter/drain exchange, central venous access, chemoembolization, embolization, EVAR, endograft placement, interventional radiology procedures, pacemaker and AICD insertion, pulmonary arteriography, radioembolization, RFA, renal and hepatic angiography, TAVR, Ureteral Stent Placement, and other interventional procedures.
• Additional Information:
  • The role involves performing a wide range of interventional radiology procedures using specialized equipment and adhering to safety protocols.
  • The position requires maintaining sterile technique and documentation.
  • Vaccinations for COVID-19 and Flu are required.
  • Candidates must have two references obtained within the past year.
