Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist in Ahoskie, North Carolina. This outpatient-focused role involves providing therapy services to adult and pediatric patients, with some responsibilities in acute care settings. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, totaling 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: NC State License; BLS certification; outpatient and adult & pediatric therapy background; minimum of 0 years of experience; at least 4 years of relevant experience is preferred
• Setting: 90% outpatient with some acute care responsibilities, covering acute strokes when outpatient volume is slow or other staff are unavailable
• Caseload: 70% adult (orthopedic, neurological, fine motor issues, etc.) and 30% pediatric patients
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Location: Ahoskie, North Carolina
• Float: No float rotation required
• Additional Information: Basic splinting skills are beneficial; dress code includes navy scrubs with gray or white undershirt or khaki pants with a navy polo shirt; may be on call for acute strokes on holidays, with a minimum arrival time of 30 minutes and a callback period of two hours. Call back rate is 1.50.
