Job Details

- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; active/applicable license for the State of Iowa; CPR Certification; 0 years of experience (entry-level acceptable)
- Preferred Qualifications: 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; previous assignment with the organization or agency is highly desirable
- Schedule: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
- Additional Information: The role requires completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, documenting medical records accurately and promptly, following physician orders, participating in student programs, maintaining professional licensure, and adhering to organizational and state-specific regulations.
