Job Summary
The location is in Goodyear, Arizona. This position is for a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (Cath Lab) Technologist at a 188-bed acute care hospital that provides advanced surgical technology, Level 1 Trauma Center services, orthopedics, specialized obstetrics, cardiovascular care, and womens diagnostic services. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: No minimum years of experience required, valid certification for Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist, active license in Arizona, and relevant educational background
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a cardiac catheterization laboratory setting is preferred
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The Cath Lab Tech is responsible for providing technical and patient support and patient care. The role involves continuous communication with physicians about patient condition, assisting physicians during procedures, operating equipment safely and correctly, assessing the procedure room for equipment functionality, and ensuring all supplies are prepared for cases. The technician participates in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities.
