Description
Job Summary:
The Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist position is located in Kansas City, Missouri. This role involves supporting the cardiology department with procedures such as LHC, RHC, TAVR, Watchman, Impella, ECMO, and Balloon Pump, utilizing advanced equipment and technology. The position offers an opportunity to work in a high-volume, state-of-the-art cath lab environment within a dedicated healthcare facility.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and registration or certification as a Radiologic or Cardiovascular Interventional Specialist (RCIS or ARRTH)
- Preferred Qualifications: Cath Lab experience, TAVR, Watchman, Impella, ECMO, Balloon Pump procedures
- Additional Information:
- Experience in procedures such as LHC, RHC, Watchman, TAVR, Impella, ECMO, and Balloon Pump required
- Must have cath lab experience and advanced procedural skills
- Dress code: Surgical Scrubs
- On-call requirements: 40+ hours Monday through Friday and additional on-call as needed
- Certifications required: ACLS, BLS
- No float rotation policy
- No additional hospital-specific policies or awards detailed
