Job Summary:
Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting in Missouri. This position involves evaluating and developing treatment plans to help residents regain mobility and independence, while leading the delivery of physical therapy services in accordance with facility policies and regulations.
Job Details:
- Location: 1200 MCCUTCHEN RD, ROLLA, Missouri, 65401
- Schedule: Days, 8 hours shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Bachelors or higher degree in physical therapy, valid and unrestricted PT license in Missouri, valid drivers license, a minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience, knowledge of skilled nursing home regulations and procedures.
- Preferred Qualifications: Long-term care (LTC) or rehabilitation experience.
- Additional Information: The physical therapist will evaluate posture, gait, balance, coordination, and strength to develop individualized treatment plans. Leadership in guiding therapy services and adherence to all applicable regulations are essential.
