Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient position located in Magnolia, Texas. This outpatient role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapy services to facilitate patient recovery and functional improvement. The position requires engaging with patients, families, and caregivers, and adhering to organizational standards of care and safety.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, at least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience, CPR certification, active and applicable license for the state of Texas, and experience in outpatient physical therapy settings.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior completion of assignments with the staffing agency or organization is highly desired.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations using clinical reasoning to develop appropriate treatment plans aimed at patient discharge within established length of stay. Ensures accurate, timely documentation in accordance with state, federal, and organizational policies. Participates in student programs, providing educational supervision, and contributes to professional development plans. Maintains licensure requirements and adheres to all regulatory and organizational standards. Demonstrates understanding of performance improvement initiatives and actively engages in quality enhancement activities.
