Job Summary:

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; at least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR Certification; active and applicable license for the state of Texas.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with the organization; prior experience with the agency.
• Additional Information: The therapist completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops tailored treatment goals, and documents medical records accurately and timely. The role includes participation in student programs, professional development planning, and continuous quality improvement efforts. The therapist must adhere to disciplinary and regulatory standards, maintain licensure, and perform duties ethically and safely in line with organizational performance initiatives.
