Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist (RT) Respiratory Therapy Russellville, AR. This weekend night position involves providing advanced respiratory care in a 170-bed, Level III trauma facility. The role requires a dedicated professional capable of handling diverse patient needs associated with respiratory conditions such as COPD, acute respiratory failure, and asthma.

Job Details:

• Location: Russellville, AR
• Schedule: Weekend nights, 12 hours per night on Saturday and Sunday
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
• Required Qualifications: RRT or CRT certification, current state license, 5 years of experience, certifications including PALS, NRP, ACLS, BLS
• Preferred Qualifications: 5 years experience in respiratory therapy
• Unit Information: Respiratory Therapy department, 170-bed facility, patient ratio 6:1
• Equipment: 840 Puritan Bennett, Panther 5N, GE Carescape, Siemens Rapidpoint 500 Blood Gas Analyzer
• EMR: MT Expanse
• Patient Population: All ages (geriatric, adult, pediatric)
• Common Diagnoses/Treatments: COPD, acute respiratory failure, asthma
• Dress Code: Scrubs, Caribbean Blue; open toe shoes are unacceptable
• Position Details: Responsible for providing respiratory care, supporting diverse clinical needs, and ensuring positive patient outcomes. This position is a replacement of permanent staff.
