• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops treatment goals aligned with discharge targets, and ensures documentation compliance. Participates in student training and professional development activities. Adheres to state practice acts and maintains licensure in good standing. Follows performance improvement initiatives and organizational safety policies.
