Job Summary:
Outpatient Physical Therapist position located in Stockton, California. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring quality patient care in an outpatient setting. The position requires adherence to professional standards and organizational policies to promote effective recovery and patient safety.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; active/applicable license for the State of California; CPR Certification; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; NO NEW GRAD.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior assignment experience with the organization or agency is highly desired.
• Additional Information: The employee will conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, develop treatment goals based on clinical reasoning, complete timely and accurate medical record documentation, and participate in professional development and student programs. Must adhere to State Practice Act and regulatory standards, maintain licensure, and support quality improvement initiatives.
