Job Details:

• Location: Yuba City, California
• Shift Time: Days
• Shift Hours: 8 hours per day
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
• Duration: 13 to 26 weeks assignment with flexibility for extension
• Cancelation Notice: 14 to 30 days prior to cancellation
• Required Qualifications: Certification in Physical Therapy, current license to practice in California, at least 2 years of experience in SNF settings, and ability to start within two weeks of offer acceptance
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facilities, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with post-acute care protocols
