Job Details:

• Location: Stockton, California
• Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Physical Therapist license in California, minimum of 2.0 years of experience in SNF settings, and current certification as a Physical Therapist.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facilities and familiarity with post-acute care protocols.
• Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Additional Information: This position requires starting as soon as possible. A 14-day cancellation notice applies. The assignment duration and specific responsibilities will be discussed during the interview process.
