Description
Job Summary:
Ultrasonographer General (Ultrasonography) in Healdsburg, California. This position involves performing advanced ultrasound procedures, including abdominal, obstetric, vascular, and pediatric imaging, with an emphasis on patient safety and quality diagnostics. The role requires working at a healthcare facility that values experienced, adaptable professionals capable of floating between systems as needed.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 07/27/2026.
- Required Qualifications: Valid California license, ARDMS certification, BLS certification, 2 years of ultrasound experience, and proficiency with Epic electronic charting system.
- Preferred Qualifications: Community hospital experience and Trauma Level I experience.
- Patient Age Groups: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics.
- Patient Census: About 10 patients daily.
- Additional Information:
- Must be willing to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.
- Travel experience not required but may be preferred.
- Travelers may be asked to float between sister facilities nearby the contracted hospital.
- Must be able to submit all required documentation including SSN, DOB, RTO, certifications, and references.
- Completion of self-reported modules in Workramp is required annually, averaging 16 hours, with over 20 hours requiring program manager approval.
