Description
Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a X-Ray Technologist for a hospital setting in Baltimore, Maryland. The role involves operating standard, portable, and specialized X-Ray equipment to perform radiographic exams used for diagnosis and treatment. The candidate will provide patient care and obtain images using digital radiography (DR) imaging technology, supporting both adult and pediatric imaging needs.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs from 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Maryland license; ARRT certified; BLS certification via AHA; completion of a AMA-approved Program in Radiologic Technology or equivalent; hospital and trauma experience is a must; previous employment with any Johns Hopkins facilities (Staff, PRN, Travel) must be noted in the work history for verification before offer.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with both adult and pediatric X-Ray imaging; OR and orthopedic experience is a bonus.
- Additional Information: Candidates with both adult and pediatric X-Ray imaging skills are preferred. Prior OR and orthopedic experience would be a plus.
