Job Details

Location: Klamath Falls, Oregon
Shift: 12-hour shifts, Days
Schedule: 36 hours per week, 8 or 10-hour shifts; travel to patients' homes for therapy sessions, with mileage reimbursement at $0.70 per mile
Required Qualifications: BLS Certification; minimum of 1 year of experience in home health or related setting; valid license to submit; location in the United States and Oregon
Preferred Qualifications: Ability to quickly adapt and work independently in a home health setting
Additional Information: The position involves handling multiple cases per day with an average of five visits daily. Charting is required using the Netsmart system (formerly Allscripts) or other approved electronic medical record systems. Housing arrangements may be complex due to pet restrictions; special housing arrangements need to be coordinated prior to placement. The policy allows for cancellations of shifts depending on the anticipated shift length and contract duration.
