Job Summary:
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma The organization is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join the team for a rehabilitative role within a skilled nursing facility. The position involves providing evidence-based, medically necessary treatment interventions under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, supporting patient recovery and functional improvement.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Active State Licensure as a Physiotherapist Assistant; at least 1 year of PTA experience; LTC or Rehab experience; must have an active PTA license at the time of submission; resume required; skills checklist within 1 year; 0-1 reference at time of submission.
- Preferred Qualifications: Not specified.
- Additional Information: The PTA will utilize evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions, administer rehabilitative procedures, assess patient progress, communicate with supervising Physical Therapist, and document all required clinical information in the electronic documentation system. The role includes participation in meetings, training, and supervision of students under the guidance of the Physical Therapist.
