Job Summary:
Oklahoma City, OklahomaThe organization is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) specializing in skilled nursing facilities. This role involves providing evidence-based rehabilitative treatments to patients with physical functioning disorders under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The candidate will be responsible for administering various procedures, assessing patient progress, and ensuring documentation complies with clinical and regulatory standards.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Active State Licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant, at least 1 year of PTA experience, experience in long-term care or rehabilitation, and current skills checklist within the past year. Submission must be at the posted rate; higher requested rates will lead to redirection.
• Preferred Qualifications: Not specified.
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The role involves participation in patient care conferences, utilization review meetings, and required trainings or conferences. The PTA will support students under supervision, coordinate supplies and durable medical equipment with the supervising Physical Therapist, and adhere to professional practice acts, code of conduct, and ethical standards. All documentation must be completed accurately in the electronic system, maintaining patient records in accordance with company policies.
