Job Summary:
A Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient position in Avondale, Arizona. This role involves providing outpatient therapy services to diverse patient populations, with responsibilities for evaluating and treating various musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. The position offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for professional growth within a clinical setting.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Physical Therapist license; applicable certifications; 1+ years of outpatient therapy experience preferred; location in Arizona or ability to commute; minimum of 1 year of experience in outpatient physical therapy
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with adult, geriatric, and adolescent patient populations; proficiency with electronic health records, specifically NextGen; experience with a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions, including Achilles Tendonitis, ACL Tear, Back Pain-Post Operative, and Generalized Low Back Pain
• Additional Information: Position is a float position, with a 50/50 split between two clinics, allowing flexibility in coverage. The caseload involves approximately 12 or more visits per day with a productivity goal of 90%, totaling over 55 visits weekly. May require assessments such as Fall Risk Assessment and skills across multiple orthopedic interventions.
