Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) services in Lowell, Massachusetts. Job Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 07/27/2026
• Required Qualifications: Valid Massachusetts State License; 1 year of PT experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings; new graduates with Level II experience are acceptable
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in skilled nursing facility or rehabilitation environment
• Additional Information: The role requires providing consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers; documenting all clinical and regulatory information accurately in the electronic system; participating in multidisciplinary meetings; supervising physical therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, and students; adhering to the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) standards and state practice acts.
