Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Oklahoma State License; 0 years of experience (including new graduates with Level II experience); no specific certifications or education requirements listed; location in Ada, Oklahoma
• Preferred Qualifications: LTC or Rehabilitation experience
• Additional Information:
  • Effectively screens, evaluates, and develops care plans for patients with physical disorders or wound care needs.
  • Administers procedures such as manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, and wound care.
  • Monitors patient progress and adjusts treatments accordingly, documenting all activities and outcomes in the electronic record system.
  • Supports supervision of physical therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, and students.
  • Participates in meetings, training, and conferences as required, adhering to all practice acts and ethical standards.
