This role involves evaluating and rehabilitating patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care, developing individualized plans of care, and supporting patient recovery. Job Details:
- Facility Location: Worcester, Massachusetts
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Massachusetts state license; 1 year of physical therapy experienceLevel II experience preferred; experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings; new graduates with Level II experience are acceptable
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in SNF or rehabilitation environments; strong documentation and communication skills
- Additional Information: Responsibilities include screening, evaluating, and treating patients with physical functioning disorders, implementing evidence-based interventions, and documenting all clinical activities in compliance with regulatory standards.
