Job Details:

• Position: Speech Language Pathologist (SNF)
• Location: Potosi, Missouri
• Schedule: Days shift; 8 hours per day; minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications:
  • Certification in speech-language pathology
  • Missouri State License
  • 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting
  • Experience in a leadership role within a SNF/LTC rehabilitation environment
  • Knowledge of Patient-Driven Payment Model (PDPM)
