Job Summary:
The outpatient Physical Therapist position is located in Clearwater, Florida. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and working collaboratively to promote functional recovery and safe patient care. The candidate will provide clinical expertise, patient education, and support the organizations mission of delivering superior quality healthcare.

Job Details:

• Shift Hours: 8 hours per day, schedule may vary based on clinic split locations.
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours.
• Start Date: 07/20/2026.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; active and applicable license for the state of Florida; CPR certification; 0 years of outpatient clinical experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of an assignment with the agency or organization previously is highly desired; experience in outpatient therapy is preferred.
• Additional Information: Evaluates assigned patients, develops treatment plans, ensures documentation accuracy, and maintains compliance with state and federal regulations. Supports patient and staff safety initiatives and participates in student programs and professional development activities. Adheres to organizational performance improvement protocols and maintains licensure in good standing.
