Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist Assistant (OT Aide) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings available in Oregon, Missouri. This role involves supporting clinical interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, utilizing evidence-based practices to deliver rehabilitative and medically necessary treatments to patients with cognitive and physical functioning disorders. The position requires active state licensure and adherence to all regulatory and clinical practice standards.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid state licensure/registration for Occupational Therapist Assistant, a minimum of 1 year of OTA experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting, and a valid certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with elderly or long-term care populations, familiarity with electronic documentation systems, and participation in multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Additional Information: The role includes providing rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments; documenting all clinical activities in accordance with regulatory standards; participating in required meetings, trainings, and conferences; and supervising or supporting students under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist. Active practice acts, codes of conduct, and ethics must be strictly followed.
