The organization is seeking a Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) to provide care in an outpatient setting in Houston, Texas. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring quality therapy services to facilitate patient return to community activities. Job Details:

• Location: Houston, TX
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR certification; active and applicable license for Texas; zero years of experience required; competent in outpatient clinical settings.
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful prior assignment with the agency or organization is highly desired; previous experience with the organization is nice to have.
• Additional Information: The candidate will be responsible for completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing treatment goals, documenting medical records accurately and timely, and participating in clinical education programs. The role promotes safety practices including safe patient handling, infectious disease prevention, and slip/trip prevention. Professional growth through continuing education and adherence to state practice acts and licensure requirements are essential.
