Job Summary:
This position is for a Physical Therapist specializing in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) located in Unity, New Hampshire. The role involves providing essential therapeutic services to patients within a healthcare facility. The shift is scheduled for daytime hours, with a flexible weekly schedule to meet patient needs.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Dayshift; 8 hours per day; minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid physical therapy license, degree in physical therapy (Doctor of Physical Therapy or equivalent), at least 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or related setting, and eligibility to practice in New Hampshire
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), familiarity with patient care protocols in SNF environments, and certification in specialized therapy methods (if applicable)
• Additional Information: This role involves delivering patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and working collaboratively with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes. The position may require adherence to facility-specific policies, including Standard Operating Procedures for patient care and safety.
