Description
Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist in Houston, TX. This role involves providing inpatient and acute hospital therapy services, with shifts scheduled based on patient volume. The position requires active registration and licensure for the state of Texas, along with current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Job Details:
- Shift Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Shifts will be flexed based on patient volume.
- Required Qualifications: Valid registration and licensure as an Occupational Therapist for the state of Texas; at least 2 years of experience in an inpatient or acute hospital setting; BLS certification required; EPIC charting experience preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with EPIC electronic charting system.
- Float: Float rotation is not required.
- Additional Information: Shifts may include some Saturday coverage in accordance with patient care needs.
